      A place where you can never do right.

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with my direct team and learned a lot about what I didn't want in a job or working environment.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, verbally abusive, and old school. Management would repeatedly threaten employees about losing their jobs, and was overall a negative culture. Super high turn over. To top it off, it is a family owned business; there was constant family drama distracting employees. It made things extremely awkward and unprofessional.

      Company is not who they say they are.

      Parking, mileage reimbursement, cell phone, laptop, working area.

      Cons

      Family owned business that run on emotions vs. facts. Poor management at all levels. Company operates with an old school mentality and declares that they have big accounts but these accounts no longer do business with them. It is very hard to sell for this company because the don't have enough recruiters, staff or commitment to get the job done. The employees are not set up to win at this company.
