First we would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our employees& ;#039; input is valuable to us and we take it very seriously. We strive to have a positive team culture in our small company, but not everyone who we thought would be successful when we hired them is cut out for a career in recruiting. With that said, we truly care about each and every one of our employees and work with them to find a way to balance their work/life and be successful. Our company has worked hard to become one of America's Fastest Growing Companies as has been identified by Inc. 5000 Magazine 6 years in a row. We are definitely not home-based, as our office is headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI (although a few of our part-time employees are parents who work from their home as we support them in their efforts to raise their children with the ability to work remotely). Additionally, we abide by Glassdoor's rules of never coercing our employees to write reviews. Those that do so make the decision on their own. Our benefits are in line with companies our size across the country, and will most likely be more affordable than ACA in the coming year. We do utilize Excel spreadsheets for many purposes in our company, as it is a great tool utilized by millions of people in successful businesses, however, we do not utilize it to "Run" our business. In addition, the decision to fire an employee is never made without much time invested in the person to assist them in becoming successful in whatever ways they might need. Termination is always an agonizing decision, and one that is never made lightly. However, a negative attitude that affects the positive culture we strive to maintain will usually result in termination. We wish you all the best in finding a career that suits you and one you can find success in.
