Pros

- big bonus - can buy cheap meat at cost price - start early leave early

Cons

- base salary under market rate, compensated with big annual bonus - no flexible working, no working from home policy - sometimes expected to work on weekend or public holiday, with no time in lieu - poor culture, abusive language and bullying are accepted as norms

Pros

Discounted meat purchases, nothing else really to say positively

Cons

Too many to offer, but culture is terrible and environment is not pleasant. Interactions with other national offices isn't engaging either.
