managers are biased. CEO is oblivious to what goes on. managers sabotage new accounts because they already have a good handle on the accounts already in play.
company relies basically on one company for work. and that one company is closing up shop. imagine the outcome.
you get hired and they say things won’t be personal but that is a lie.
micro managing was the worst imaginable.
drama and gossip is a daily fuel.
management loves that. keep the bad apples to rot everyone else.
CEO only knows what managers say which are lies. he is brainwashed by them. and because of that he is losing business.
impossible to give any solution because the have PROTOCOL! they love to toss that word left and right. PROTOCOL! glad I found a much better place to work at.
