Minimal interview or vetting prior to starting.

Cons

Poor work environment. No structured training of any kind. Lack of HR, Training, Management, work/break amenities. It is overall filthy, unsafe and in violation of labor and safety laws.

Fair pay. If you can keep your head down, you may be left alone.

Cons

JC Licht has gone down hill in the last few months, especially the home decor department. The job is not worth the politics. The upper management does not seem to know what they are doing.

Slow pace if you're someone that wants to coast, leadership doesn't have any expectations or holds you accountable

Cons

No strategy or company focus, poor communication, management is ineffective, pay/benefits, training is abysmal(high turnover), leadership inconsistent, don't care about their people
