      Good place to work if you go drinking with the managers

      The engineering and quality department.

      Cons

      Managers feel like they can bully you. Managers are very negative towards certain individuals. The place is so untidy and bird faeces is literally everywhere. When it rains, the place basically floods, but dont worry, they use tarpaulin to cover the main electrics. Some people are promoted to different roles, because they go for drinks with certain managers on the weekend. They love to watch the security cameras to catch people out.Certain managers (Production & Quality) like to try to bully/intimidate you quite a lot. There's a lot of snakes in there, do your job and come home.
