Lacks a lot of clear processes in many areas, which is however normal for a start-up.

Pros
Transparency - everyone sees the reports that are sent to the investors, so we are fully aware of the current situation. Culture - while officially a "scale up" company, it still retains the culture of a start up, which gives you plenty of scope to make what you want of your role. Also, very little bureaucracy. Supportive - people get praised publicly but criticized privately. Also, none of the expectations of some start ups that you'll work til you drop. Personal development - generous funding for education, conference travel if appropriate. Thomas is a great CEO - approachable, fair, listening, hands-on.
Cons
A good product but one that struggles to differentiate itself from the main tool in the sector. Company needs a more robust product & marketing strategy to sell the product. Some signs this is starting to evolve.
