      Salary and a work vehicle

      Avoid this place at all costs. The one manager is a con artist and a snake and is covered for by his buddy in a higher position. Everyone knows about the terrible management style, yet nothing is done. There is absolutely zero training except for the videos they have you watch. The territory is cherry picked and all the high volume accounts are given to signature reps. I've never left a review for any company, but I'm hoping to save someone from making a horrible mistake. 5 reps have come and gone in 3 years.

      Pros

      I like what I do. I have learned a lot, but feel I need to use that knowledge elsewhere and move on. I like the people I work with. There is a lot of work for me to do. I love being busy.

      Cons

      The company is growing too big, too fast. The new employees aren't being trained. It is not a very good working environment.

      Team oriented, want great success for each team member, very supportive. Looking out for one another core values

      Cons

      Network events could be better, need customer appreciation days, don't have regular trainings on equipment or literature for updates. Not a big social media platform.
