      projects are exciting but they are always having cash problems and not paying vendors.

      Cons

      Owen Fisher the president has burned so many bridges. very slick salesman but never keeps his word and bullies and threatens anyone who challenges him.

      Very abusive employer. They offer bottom dollar pay, no promotions, and have horrible managers who have no idea how to run a company and will foster hostile work environments toward those who do not “fall in line”. Stay away from JF and any of its other companies.
