      Pros

      Peers are friendly, PMs will mentor if you are willing to learn beyond your job description.

      Cons

      Management and office manager need to work on soft skills, small company – not much room for growth, paid isn't based on merit, no company mentoring, micro-managing and no OT allowed but work is expected to be completed.

      Pros

      Co-workers and management are great to work with. A lot of company potlucks and events to get everyone involved. Management doesn't micro manage the departments.

      Cons

      Every company has a downside, if this was a bad company I wouldn't still be working here.

      None. No pros to this company would never recommend to anyone. A lot of glicks and bs goes on. Always a fight. People spend more time going out to smoke than doing work. Pro pro pro NOT!!!!

      Bunch of jealous women no team work. Smokers jealous people bad management. Beware if you take job. Wstch your back
