My only con, has truly been my own fault. I have placed myself in a position in the company where I am to valuable to allow for advancement. I have an extremely large skill set of tools that I provide for my position. They can't find 1 person to replace me they have made it clear many times it would take at least 3 people to replace me to cover everything I do for the company. Keep in mind I am averaging 3500 plus hours a year, I have never taken a sick day in the 3 plus years I have been with JHL. I work weekends, holidays, days, nights, etc. They know they can always count on me to be there if they need something. I am the goto guy anytime they have something new and or challenging to handle, they call me knowing I will do whatever I takes to get it done and be successful. So with all that said, there is no room for advancement as they can't replace me to allow me to advance. Not sure how to handle this.
