No Management Structure, and everyone reports to one person which creates massive neglect to employees. I could go weeks without talking to my manager, even when I sent emails regarding projects I had taken on and their review of them, I was ignored multiple times for the same project. Minimal Benefits; no dental, no eye, no life insurance. Aflac could cover non medical but it was expensive and employee paid. Was told "We don't want to be liable" when I asked if I could go for CPR/First Aid recertification. Safety Program is built on reactions not prevention.
