Tends to hire more chinese members and layoff those who cannot speak in Chinese

Project is near impossible with an under-resourced team (averaging about 1 person per department). Insane work load due to understaff. Company doesn't have a clear vision, neither do they know what they want from projects. Expects a Hoyovese/Kuro games scale project with minimal staff. Implemented a 72-hour work weeks(9am-9pm,6days) with no additional benefits. Company often goes back on their word; please ensure all agreements are documented clearly. No bonuses, medical coverage, or other benefits. High turnover rate.
