      Pros

      Very good location for communication, friendly administration as well as department and good work culture....neat and clean campus...last of all it is a degree engineering college

      Cons

      Salary is somehow not satisfactory....student quality is not very up to the mark so that anyone can develop or deliver lectures with big knowledge.....so the faculties are too busy with students to illustrate the basic senses on the target subjects.....so the time for their own development is short
