Pros

Quick hiring. Learning experience. Location. Easy interview.

Cons

No benefits. Bad pay. Horrible-tyrant boss/owner. Uncomfortable environment. Constant Racial, sexual statements and swearing from management & employees. Managers lack initiative, organization n training. No open door policy. Do as told or you get fired. Treat employees as puppets. No proper training. No room for advancement. People don't last more than 3 months before getting fired. Not a good place to work at.

JJL Proces can provide you with a solid beginning for a career as a paralegel or a clerk. Because they have such a high turnover, you should easily be hired.

Cons

Upper management is inexperienced and is harmful to the staff. There is no support for managers whatsoever. Preference is given to woman who take care of the owner.

EXTREMELY hostile work environment, paychecks bounce or money isn't paid that is owed and the turn over is ridiculous.
