Free housing if you agree to be a slave and be overworked. No holidays off or vacation time

Cons

Do not choose to work here. Or if you have been hypnotized and find yourself there in the sunken place get out! The worst property management team and structure I've ever had the misfortune to be part of. The high turnover, unethical practices, and incompetent leadership team is disappointing. If you dare to speak out with an idea or speak up about the endless mistakes that goes against the status quo , or the corporate Dallas puppet master then you are fired, pronto.

Everything pertaining to JLB is a con. Literally. Arrogant/shady upper management, uneducated in fair housing laws, micromanagement is a complete understatement with this "company," cutthroat, inexperienced, and immature in office staff. JLB exudes UNprofessionalism. Don't be fooled by the very, very, few "good reviews" - they are ranked so low on Glassdoor for a reason. Turnover rate is horrendous. BEWARE OF THIS NIGHTMARE!

Management is so busy promoting people who have no business being promoted that they don't focus much on day to day operations. Lol.

Cons

A seeming penchant for hiring inept people and transporting them across the country to work for a matter of weeks before a property gets sold. What a waste of people. Manager who have no business being managers and leading folks who barely graduated high school. Classy company!
