A spring board to to go to another company

Cons

Long hours, no work life balance, no support from management, weekly performance review or mental health bashing and expected to continually take on roles of Property Manager and Facilities Manager with no pay increase. Don't expect an annual pay increase or support from your Operations Manager, Account Manager or Property Manager. Once you have the experience get out.
