-Some very sweet people work at JLM -You will learn how to deal with all kinds of personalities -Work/Life balance is pretty good compared to the rest of the fashion industry

Cons

-Low pay -Zero growth -Very high turnover rate -Outdated -JLM management does not care about their employees and they do little to convince you otherwise I would NOT recommend this company to any young, intelligent, and promising individuals.

It was beautiful to see how the wedding dresses were made in the sample rooms. Weekends off?

Cons

Unprofessional work environment. Super unorganized, no respect. People expect you to juggle several tasks at the last minute. Instructions are given one way then when the job is done, it's all wrong and it's your fault. Employees are let go for stupid personal reasons.

1. No company culture 2. Negative Environment 3. Major Communication Problems with upper management 4. Narcissistic leaders 5. Seething Disgruntlement 6. Dirty Building 7. Low Morale 8. Fake HR Department 9. Scapegoating 10. No Raises given 11. No Room for growth Mistakes are explained by blaming others. Employees are belittled; high performers are criticized for incompetence, and employees that leave are blamed for poor performance. Bullying leaders must be tolerated here. Never take your work issues to HR DEPARTMENT! The Human Resource Department will not help you. It will only lead to you getting fired or making your life a living hell than it already is at this place.
