      Always connected even though main headquarters were in another state

      No cons to mention. Pay a bit lower than other contractors but the environment and co workers make up for that

      At first was the best job I ever had.

      After things changed in my personal life, so did how I was treated at JLMI. Bipolar people should not own and be the president of a company.
