      Growth opportunities but pay is below expectations

      Pros

      Growth opportunities within your own department and transferring to other departments. Majority of HQ workers are friendly.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't the worst but generally below what full time workers would want. It's nice for part time, underpaid for full time. Some departments are awful, but IT was great.
