Cons

You put insane miles on your vehicles while being underpaid. You could make more being a fast food cashier because you're not destroying your vehicle putting thousands of miles on it.

consistent driving all over the state just to spend 10 minutes taking photos of a house. expectations of 100 surveys a week is unrealistic
