Christina and Marty are the owners of JMI. CHristiana is a very warm , engaging, and nice person. Her husband is a backbiting, obnoxious person. He makes fun of people (his staff, his family, etc). Now, if he wouldn't hold himself so strongly as a Christian, I wouldn't have as much of a problem with it. However, when you make that your calling card and place your Christianity in front of everything else, you'd better walk the walk and not just talk the talk. How we speak has power. What we speak about others can have an everlasting effect. As the Bible says, "Life and death are in the power of the tongue."
The owner's huband provides a great example of how not to talk to people. What makes this even worse is his wife is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. So, when it comes to advising on the proper way to speak to others, she was constantly on him about what an "HR nightmare" he can be.
JMI would be a great place to work if Marty was out of the picture. What I find disgusting is their former company name is Jehu. If you Google the Jehu and Bible you will find that Jehu was a bloodthirsty killer who took God's mandate to destroy king Ahab, but was so lustful in killing he took it upon himself to kill multitudes of people groups (Book of Hosea). So, out of the whole Bible, THIS is the person you wish to name your company after??!?! I may not be the most brilliant Christian on the planet, but I know there are dozens of more appropo names in the BIble to name a company after!
There are better places to get lower paying / entry-level positions. JMI is not worth your time. And if you have a skill, RUN! You will not get paid what you worth from JMI.
