Thanks for the review. We've certainly come out of a transition time in our industry but we have a new team in place and are so excited about where we are going as a company!

Pros

The company pays competitively and provides consultants with an opportunity to improve the lives of others.

Cons

This company has completely lost its way over the last 2 years. It gave up its values for dollars, and in the end sacrificed both. 90% turnover of senior management, and the new team does not understand what we do (or show signs of being interested). Low trust, high fear. Frequent layoffs and firings. The company is run by investment bankers. New CEO appears to be failing.

We appreciate this feedback. The company is certainly coming out of a transition period and doing our best to adjust to the needs of our employees and our clients. It's important to learn from where we've been to focus on where we're going!

Pros

The caring people and authentic culture were what kept me working so hard for many years; had once been voted one of the Best Places to Work. Great benefits for employees.

Cons

Recent changes in management have degraded the culture; different CEO now and a new regime has taken over. Less focus on staff development. Communication from upper management is slow or non-existent.
