Management skill leave is poor over all. Safety and training is a concern. They think like a 90's metal shop. The only thing missing is the nude photos on the tool box's. I HAVE WITNESSED HARASSMENT, SEXUAL HARASSMENT, RETALIATION, AND THREATS OF PHYSICAL HARM. I have heard story's from alleged victims that JMS management, human resource and owner's all have heard or been told directly of the continues issues, but little is done. I personally know of an employee that was a temp to hire with only a month to go to being hired was fired two days after telling the leadership that he was verbally bullied and physically shoved. The employee was fired for quality issues but I know he was doing a great job and heard managers say he was doing a great job.
