The absolute worst truss company I've ever worked for. Expect the owners to be constantly looking over your shoulder and monitoring your whereabouts like Big Brother on the worst day of his life. It's co-owned by two partners, one who is in charge of materials and operations, and the other who oversees engineering and design. As a designer, you'll be expected to work straight out of AutoCad instead of using a layout program with 3-D views. You'll be given instructions on design preferences, then be questioned later on why you followed those preferences. After nine months of abuse, I gathered my belonging and walked out. And I was the third employee in a row to quit without having another job lined up. Ultimately, I had to threaten them with a formal hearing before the labor standards enforcement division to get my final paycheck.
