Job basically consists of baby-sitting. There is no time to interact with students in any meaningful way. Students are rushed from place to place with no time to get to know the tutors. Management is incompetent; they make everything up as they go along with no plan or idea of what they are doing. Students are subjected to silly games to fill time and then spend the rest of the time on computer applications for math and reading. The math program (Zearn) is pathetic; there is no adaptation for each student and the students have trouble understanding what is asked for each question.

Micromanaging, unethical and unrealistic expectations, self serving CEO enacted non-revolving and endless term limits for her Board, not open to suggestions for improvements, closed minded CEO, building is rat infested with hoarding and unhygienic issues throughout. Poor work environment with rat traps in every office, nasty bathrooms with no running hot water. No designated lunchroom. Poor management and facility all around.
