There are some hard working, dedicated employees (more dedicated than the company deserves).
Cons
- Owner is controlling, rules with fear, marches around screaming at people, and does not care about his employees. Employees witnessed him physically assault a GM yet no one at the company said anything because we were used to his behavior and HR wasn’t going to do anything. - Pay is below average and benefits are lacking - Pay often shorted
