      This company gave me an opportunity to work back in billing a field I went to college for.

      Cons

      Training for position was not very good, a lot of micromanagement, training still going on after 6 months but then being reprimanded for productivity while still in training which was random hrs through out the day no schedule. Not good with explaining how the job should be done or how productivity is calculated. Managers talk down on you and are very rude from the beginning. Expectations of you are not explained well.
