      Pros

      They have great team building through community service and Saturday fun days during tax season. Everyone knows each other well and is good friends.

      Cons

      They like to get as many people through their doors as interns so they can fill the very few positions available.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Flexible schedule. You get to work on a variety of clients and will always continue to grow because you will never stop learning, which I enjoy.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. No sense of structure or clearly outlined expectations. It's like they are just making things up as they go a lot of the time. They are more reactive as opposed to proactive. Poor communicators. Not much appreciation. High stress.
