Upper management is HORRIBLE! They lie, they know nothing about what actually happens. Human Resources at both plants is an absolute joke. They do put on a good show, though.

Toxic and unfriendly Stress and working on weekends are glorified Was made to work for twelve to fourteen hours daily No compensatory off and pay for working on weekends very poor audit management practices and system provided to work was pathetic HR at all levels are rude and do not pickup calls Finally when staff resign they arbitrarily extend notice period and spoil your career and nothing mentioned about extension of the notice period in the employment contract
