Pros
JQ has a very friendly environment where people genuinely enjoy spending time with their coworkers. It has seemingly horizontal hierarchy in that it is easy to talk with top management and their doors are always open. Quite literally, in fact. The president and many of the partners sit in cubicles along with everyone else and are glad to answer any question.
Cons
The company is growing a lot which means some uncertainty and an increased work load, but the partners have done a great job maintaining the culture and direction of the company. This growth also means they are hiring more frequently.
