There seems to be a lot of money for waste!

Cons

The company shrank largely during the past years. The moto now is that things have changed for the better. However, you can tell from everyday work that it's not true. It's a cultural issue basically.

Made some good friends with other employees

Cons

This company follows the downward spiral of death for years. One bad decision leads to another and another. Top management simply does not get it. No incentives, no clear goals, no real plans, no real product.

Pros

Difficult to find one. Nice local life.

Cons

No real management. Its like a ship with no captain, where the sailors are treated like second class citizens. Technologies used are out of date. No real goal, no real mission, no inspiration. Management thinks that a decent private insurance package will give incentive but they are wrong. People have no incentive to collaborate. They have incentive to make groups that support their politics.
