There aren't any pros what so ever about working at JRD.

Cons

This is the worst company I've ever worked for. Everything that I was told before being hired were all lies, JRD is a small company there aren't any offices in Grand Rapids or in India like I was told. Companys don't even like dealing with them.

Salary will be paid on time.

Cons

Management lies about everything.false promises.Threatens employees if planning to leave company. B1 misuse is very common. People will be sacked with no time if management does not like. Worst company for H1 workers. Less number of clients probably 2 or 3. Sacking the people is very common.

Before you join this company in Bangalore.. just think about this ...Ask them the number of employees they had a year or so back and the number of employees they have now..Also ask them how many different clients they were working for (Clients from any country) then and what different clients they have now... Don't just believe what they say..but validate facts.... And then decide... See the number of the reviews and also think how on Earth did they get the rating they have ... You will get your answers... If you don't go ahead join them... After all who can change your destiny... Good luck..
