Pros
Good reason to work here are if you are very determined to score money, without building a long relationship. And If you like processed and structured work.
Cons
It is nearly impossible to be creative or develop you own way of working. All the work has one way to do it, through out whole Europe. And the company is very very focused on input targets. And because there is the policy to share all the meetings, pipeline statuses and in my opinion irrelevant mails, you mailbox will drown with "news" that you are supposed to read. Also in the company everybody enters, leaves and even has breaks at the same time. That really annoyed me!!
