      Pros

      Management is very supportive to training and attending higher education courses. Timely salary paid through bank transfer and no need to worry my giro! Good experience in multi-cultural colleagues in office connecting with our USA and Japan members intensively.

      Opportunity to take great responsibility. Opportunity to learn a variety of skillset and apply them to your work.

      Cons

      Request usually not heard. Unproductive culture. Job responsibility is separated clearly. Unwilling to listen management style. Hard to get things done.
