Cons
There is zero oversight in the accounting department, no leadership whatsoever. Each property accountant does stuff their own way, half of it is unnecessary and duplicitous work, there is also a huge lack of following generally accepted accounting principles and if this company ever got audited, well good luck! There are no annual reviews or raises, the office is extremely cliquey and unwelcoming, emails regarding procedural questions to my manager are never answered. If she is in the office (rare) I am not even acknowledged with a hello. The communication between departments and even coworkers on the same team is almost non existent. This is one bridge I will not mind burning
