      Free parking and a paycheck

      Area managers are overworked and underpaid. The facility is nasty. The restrooms have out of order stalls that are filled with dried toilet paper and feces. The floors are dirty. There are cobwebs all over the place. The HVAC system is an old unit that needs to be replaced. Employees are expected to sweat in the summertime and freeze in the winter. Upper management is located in Columbus under the company name Legacy Maintenance Services
