      Needs huge improvement

      Pros

      - Great development when starting out in a career - Good benefits - Good opportunities - Most of the staff are great - Low working hours (office) - Great parties

      Cons

      - Not a family company, corporate trying to be family - Arrogant, entitled, ignorant and rude current owners & hr - Micro-management - Lots of talking behind backs and backstabbing (if you work here make sure you document everything so they cant use it against you) - Terrible pay progression (not career) - Toxic relationships between office & factory staff

      A company where you can grow. There is a lot of fun to have.

      Flexible, at human size and fantastic people. A good family company.

      Cons

      Very local, despite large international sales. Ressources unequally shared

      Fantastic product Some knowledgable staff Investment in product

      Cons

      Consider themselves bigger than they are Lack of support from management Too many chiefs and not enough Indians Confused hirearchy - structure set up by someone with lack of experience clearly Directors are mostly just a title and have no status within company
