      Good people - that are very dedicated...

      Cons

      No follow-thru, too much involvement from TnB on areas that they do not understand. Not able to support areas they say they can on a national scale. HR department (TnB) doesn't have any idea of what has made JT Packard such a great company to work for in the past.

      The people. Most everyone at this company is hard working,and service oriented but also knows how to have fun. Highly rated in the industry. Continued growth.

      The company has been sold a couple of times causing internal strife and a drop in service quallity.
