      Pros

      Steady paycheck. Ok benefits and there are a few good folks left. That number is getting smaller every month though.

      Cons

      They don't call it slave-tekt for nothing. JTEKT needs to hire leaders for upper management. They seem to think that a manager is going to fix the problems. The problem is that the "managers" they are hiring can't lead their way out of anything. They are disrespectful and will not listen to those that truly care. Therefore those that did care are leaving weekly.

      Good Pay, Benefits, Semi-Annual Bonuses, Safe and plenty of opportunity

      Cons

      Lack of communication, cronyism, plant 1 barely has 40 hours a week, plant 2 has been working nonstop with no relief in site. Ergonomically lacking - people are thought of as machines and little thought of how they feel (for example, they will work someone in the same job, day in and day out with little or no thought of how they feel being told to work in a 3 ft space for hours, days, weeks, months at a time)
