There are lots of inexperienced new hires that can be difficult to work with. For this reason, about half of the team has to work way harder to compensate for their shortcomings.
There is some immaturity on the part of the younger partner leadership. A few of them play favorites and will badmouth staff to other staff. Unfortunately, this was a recurring event that happened more than once. I want to reiterate that this is only apparent with a small sector of senior leadership, most of them are great and very professional.
