Secure company, good overtime and staff discounts.

Cons

Will move countries if need be and impose compulsory overtime. Japanese management are ok but UK management were very backwards.

management only understand how to self protect instead making the factory a better place. can not hold on to any good people and can not get rid of any bad one. many management team are the worse people...
