Meaningful work. Case managers can make a big difference in others life.

Cons

Co-works who hardly work. Who are tired and hate what they do. Don't help anyone.

Truly help (some) people change their lives through programs

Cons

overworked, underpaid, minimum training from management, employees train each other, benefits are not great for families, everyday was stressful, high turn over rate
