Everyone at JWM seemed to be ahead of the curve. Which in turn, had me always learning new things. The company also puts their customers first - which in my experience is so rare in this business. The morale is great and the pace of work makes the days fly by.
Cons
No down time really. Phones weren't allowed unless on break...couldn't text etc. which I have always been allowed to do at other desk jobs. I was made to work, which I guess wasn't so much a con as it showed me how much I can accomplish when I am working full tilt.
The company recently expanded to a beautiful new suite location in North Phoenix. The workspace is open, with lots of room. The CEO is very involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that any questions about anything are answered. The company strives to provide its clients with the best services, unlike many others in the same industry. We have a lot of fun together in a family-like environment and oftentimes do group activities. CEO truly cares about his employees and goes out of his way to make sure that they are happy - if they are in need of assistance with anything, he is willing to help.
Cons
We work very, very hard to make sure that our clients are happy. It's not an easy job, but it is a rewarding one.
This is a growing company with plenty of opportunities to grow within! Management definitely cares about your success and wants you to grow as much as possible in the company. They also want to hear your input and encourage thinking outside of the box! The people who work here are great, it's a fun environment and very easy to talk to people if you need help or have any questions.
Cons
It is an incredibly fast paced environment, but it makes for a very quick day! There could be a little more training but you definitely learn a lot on the fly and you get to know the company very quickly.
