Too many broken promises. Bait and switch. Beware.

Pros

Grateful, appreciative patients. Dental, Optometry, Podiatry, and Mental Health services are available for patients.

Cons

Unrealistic scheduling. Poor work-life balance. Understaffed. High turnover due to employee burnout and unrealistic expectations. You will feel like a servant working here and come to hate your job even though you love what you do because of the way you are treated. Look elsewhere.

Pros

Great for new comers with no healthcare experience.

Cons

No support, low pay, overworked. It can be very political when it comes to upper management. You only advance if they like you.

Pros

There are no pros with this company.

Cons

No structure, dangerous environment, employees are not supervised, management does not communicate let alone care about its employees. No training offered and if you look for training, you will have to pay from out of pocket.
