This place has been around for a while now and though they have quite a few returning guests, the corp mngmt dont care to cater to their needs.
The marketing is awful, recycling posts from over 5 years ago, even though the place is quite out of the way and hidden.
Patio is rarely opened and most guests dont even know there is one.
Chefs control much of what happens here.
Bar lead came back from corporate position and took almost all shifts. He will refuse to make drinks how guests want them made. Makes an old fashioned with pillow ice.
CEO comes in fairly often and has yelled at the staff during service before. He has friends that come in and make many customized demands and treat the female servers like a piece of meat.
