Pros

- Near to some good food

Cons

- If bosses like you, then you are treated well. Bosses only like you when you are a 'yes man' to their ridiculous ideas - full of fresh grads given manager position to feed their ego and grow them the wrong way. never open to new ideas because they feel their authority is threatened. - no structure AT ALL because the whole show is run by fresh grads & clown bosses - fickle bosses. today they have 1 idea, tomorrow they have another. everyday got ridiculous changes because they are easily influenced - your wellfare not taken care of. if you say you are struggling, they will say they dont care to your face - given ridiculous KPI just to get rid of you and try to cheat their way out of paying your notice period salary if they terminate you on the spot. - bosses easily brainwashed by their 'fans'. if their 'fans' dont like you, say goodbye to your job. - super high turnover rate. only the good ones leave. - a lot of backstabbing - weak communication between departments. bosses approve your idea, but tell another dept head another idea. in the end, everyday is a circus with headless chickens running around. - bosses have the idea "i pay your salary already so better do work even if it's meaningless work that i wont approve". give them 10 ideas and they shoot down. but when you ask for direction, they are speechless. - ridiculously low commission rate. - few unproductive meetings everyday that run for more than 2 hours because bosses enjoy babbling away by bragging about their own wealth or gossipping about clients and colleagues. - super toxic & terrible environment

Pros

- None that i can think of, but if anything they are at times fun but can also be frustrating especially when they aimlessly talk and have fun during a work discussion. - The MRT is within walking distance. Food around is cheap but lacks variety.

Cons

- Highly discouraged for fresh graduates to join as structure and mentorship within this organisation is non-existent. - Expect goals and campaigns that were already decided to be thrown out of the window the moment the bosses step in. - Meetings are never according to set allocated time. Key participants are never punctual and won't let you know, you have to remind others and check to see if they are actually attending. If bosses are in meeting, expect it to run for hours as they always run on a tangent and you have to entertain. - No clear direction for your role. KPIs set might not even be something that you can contribute to, meaning setting yourself up for failure. - They let go of individuals when they see fit. I believe they practice a mindset of hiring as many people to see if it helps the company, if not can let them go later. Has happened a few rounds. - Ridiculous initiatives set by the bosses that will not serve any growth for the company at the end of the day. You will be pushed to execute regardless just to please the bosses but not to see actual results. - Most frustrating thing are the bosses. They have the tendency to over share and run on tangents that serve no purpose at the end of the day. You are left with less hours to actually work on anything meaningful. You would need excellent stakeholder management to steer the conversation if you have an agenda. - Seniors/Managers are mostly “yes men”. Pretty inexperienced, have no sense of leadership within a team. Even if they see a problem with ideas from bosses, they will not voice out and only say yes and do.

Pros

- Friendly working environment - No issues interacting with colleagues company wide. - Directors are always ready to listen. Whether is it related to work or sometimes related to personal issues. - Great platform available to learn and develop new skillsets. As long as you are up and ready for the challenge. - Able to voice out opinions freely. Do take note that opinions/suggestions should also be backed with reasoning.

Cons

- Actually there's no good food in the building! It sucks that we have to travel outside (even tho not too far away) during lunch as the options in the office building is very limited. Thanks to GrabFood, things have changed a little. - Have to struggle between work life balance. (Especially from sales and op team). As it's still a requirement to speak to clients during weekends especially if there are major issues. - Communication across departments aren't as effective. Tho things are changing, but requires commitment from all parties. - Lack of emphasis on work tools (eg laptops). Used to be worse but things are getting better. - Managers are untrained and inexperienced. I believe the HR is arranging for this to be improved in the coming months. - Directors are good storytellers which enables them to present the idea well. However, it's often times being misunderstood as a change in direction or fickle minded. As an employee, you should always process the thought further by studying and evaluating the idea more thoroughly then report back to the directors. (Not really a Cons but acts as an advice to others)
