      Pros

      Not many pros , fun team members that is about it, and some good product.

      Cons

      upper managers are clueless and there is a major disconnect. poor quality of life, work life balance for very bad pay. extremely high turnover company wide and it is lacking direction overall as a company

      I had an incredible experience working on a creative project at Jack Spade. The collaboration was seamless, and the team’s vision aligned perfectly with the project goals. I want to give special thanks to the creative director at Kate Spade, whose guidance and inspiration were instrumental in bringing the concept to life. Their leadership and creative input made all the difference, and I look forward to future collaborations!

      Cons

      While the experience at Jack Spade was amazing, there were a few small hiccups. The brainstorm sessions occasionally ran a bit longer than expected, making coffee breaks essential! Also, there were so many great ideas floating around that narrowing down the final direction took a bit of extra time. Lastly, the creative energy was so contagious, it made focusing on paperwork a real challenge!
