2025 brought lots of change, but the company learned a lot, and I believe is on the verge of some accelerated growth with the onset of some great new features in the product. The teams here are energized and ready for it, and despite some rough seas last year, remain supportive of one another and genuinely care about the clients and their success. Last year ended up removing a lot of artificial guardrails, and has empowered the product team to initiate and execute things without getting bogged down in any decision-making paralysis. We know what customers need, now let's give it to them.
I have always said this was the best job I'd ever had and I continue to say it. If you genuinely care about your craft, and care about the end user and their success, you will love it here because you get to see it happen up close.
