Pros

If you live local, working local is great

Cons

CEO and VP are incompetent micromanagers. Turnover specifically because of terrible management is incredibly high. Three DO's and four CPs in the past four years. Not to mention linemen and CSRs are nearly fully replaced every year. Zero job security. Maintenance is subpar and charter coordinators are concerned with nothing more than selling trips. More often than not they send out incomplete and/or inaccurate trip sheets (missing luggage, missing/inaccurate passenger weights, etc). Communication is worst than poor. Salaries are below industry standard and have been stagnant for the past three years. If it were not for money from Jackson's other income streams, Jet Center would have folded years ago.
